2. scroll through to find versions were behind on but only for the core packages that are on this wiki page

3. Process update the same way as a new OpenStack release

4. Open a bug similar to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/cloud-archive/+bug/1818069

5. (After we upload it to the unapproved queue) subscribe the ubuntu-sru team to the bug

6. Add a card to the distro trello board
